Gift Certificates and it’s policies

Gift Certificates are available for services only, and not redeemable if lost or stolen. If  you  are  a recipient of a donated

or  auctioned  Gift  Certificate, please  give  our  receptionist  the  certificate  number  to book your appointment. If  the appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited.

 

Sunsara Spa gift certificates never expire, due to the number of years some may wait to experience your wonderful spa gift, if the spa gift certificate treatment you selected changes in price, the person  who receives  your  spa  gift certificate will still have many choices: they can either use the spa gift certificate for the  dollar value  paid  towards other desirable spa treatments, or, if they want  the  same  treatment on the gift  certificate, they would be  responsible  for  paying  the difference for the new treatment price.

 

 

Retrun policies:
